About me

I am very much still active in: ACTING, VOICE OVER and WRITING !

My career started at the Arts Educational Trust. I was chosen to be in a special descant choir in the Nutcracker Suite ballet, The Snowflake Scene, at the Royal Festival Hall. We did it for a couple of years. I haven’t hit those notes since! I fell in love with theatre, dance and hearing the orchestra tuning up,there’s nothing like hearing that… and I always wanted to be the wonderful Julie Andrews !

Dancing became my passion when the amazing Ivor Meggido mentored me. I became a dancer with Young Generation, and a lead dancer with Ivor Meggido Trio. An injury put a stop to this career, but not my love for dance. You will find me doing Salsa, Zumba, and Jazz Funk, wherever I can!

I was catapulted into comedy , which is something I enjoy and I have a skill for it. It’s a serious business.

My first West End play, “Not Now Darling”, was with Leslie Phillips, Sylvia Syms, Andrew Sachs, June Whitfield, and Tony Anholt. I was Sue Lawson. I learnt a lot watching these experts, listening to the audience, and waiting to hear them laugh. What a joy. Thanks to all who put up with my youthful enthusiasm!

I think my best and most impactful part was in”I’m Dreaming The Hardest” by Vince Foxhall ,playing Marilyn Monroe. A new play at The Old Red Lion, The Kings Head, and a tour. This was most challenging , not just because to become such an icon is pretty impossible but the play itself had its own twist on her life and death.. Its success made a real change to my life.

Review: Evening Standard, Michael Church

The crumbling, atmospheric designs brilliantly set off Seretta Wilson’s performance. The sex kitten gestures and the full-blown tender huskiness are disturbingly authentic, and she is a pretty good lookalike too. When she holds the stage or spars with the versatile Robert Jesek, doubling as Arthur Miller, Joe DiMaggio or Lee Strasberg, the effect is electrifying.

One of my favourite plays is ” Noises Off“. I have been in it twice, and NOW it’s time I played Dotty Otley!

When I am not writing or researching, I am doing the best social there is singing . I am part of the wonderful “SOME VOICES” choir July 24 2026 at Bloomsbury baptist church 8pm
